United Avia has a reputable in-house division to train staff and cater to the needs of both the aviation security and the commercial security sector.

This division has highly qualified and experienced trainers, approved by the Department for Transport, to impart training in the aviation industry and are SIA approved, to impart training in the manned guarding
sector.

Aviation Security Training

United Avia is able to deliver the following aviation security training:
  • General Security Awareness Training (GSAT) - for non-security staff 
  • Department for Transport (DfT) Level 1 - for security agents carrying out aviation security duties
  • Department for Transport (DfT) Level 2 - for security supervisors

General Security Training

Our Security Industry Authority (SIA) Certificate Training Courses raise standards of professionalism and skills within the private security industry. All our training typically takes place in a comfortable environment that is equipped to a high standard. We train you according to SIA regulations.

We are able to provide other relevant health and safety training such as:
  • Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) accredited Fire Marshal/Fire Awareness Training
  • Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) accredited Manual Handling, Health and Safety and Managing Safely Training 
  • First Aid Training
